Our Creative Challenge

Reinvigorate an existing food court with venue offers to serve individual food vendors Robert Cipollone teamed with the hospitality design studio of Gensler. 

Our Approach

The team's strong understanding of the latest trends in retail food marketing fed interactive work sessions with Century Square's management to creating a "market" at the base of an office tower. The space weaves together individually owned food kiosks around an anchor tenant using a clean modern palette of materials. Ease in circulation results from stripping back the building to it's structure and layering in a directional wood ceiling feature
