We installed vintage cooking items from “grandma's kitchen,” bookended with reclaimed wood decorative panels. Each item was hand-selected and reflects Specialty’s honest baking intention
Specialty’s Cafes originated in the Bay Area and have since grown to multiple cities, spreading the love (and their famous cookies) across the country. Robert led the design as “keeper of the brand” for over 40 unique store openings.

Our Approach
A window to actual artisan baking-in-progress, a wall with some of grandma’s favorite baking relics, and a few sprinkles of authenticity through historical neighborhood photos.
