Our Creative Challenge

A fresh, modern salad concept restaurant in out-dated cafe.

Our Approach 

We began with analyzing the new customer journey to reuse existing MEP infrastructure to stretch the budget. We opened the ceiling to create more volume, installed honest organic materials to match the food concept and installed a variety of seating types to promote use all day long as a get-away for the neighboring office tower employees. We installed a fireplace as the final touch of comfort.
