Our Creative Challenge

With15 years of piecemeal refreshes, the new design needed to be cohesive, contemporary, and welcoming to entice new and existing clientele coming back.

Our Approach

We updated the customer journey by defining circulation with new lighting and finishes. We started by designing the lobby with decorative chandeliers & a more residential feel with tailored upholstery and artisan wood marquetry wall covering. We enlarged the pre & post treatment lounge with a fireplace and flexible furniture so each guest could relax as they wished. Treatment rooms received updated luxurious durable finishes and we added a mens locker room for new business.
